ReplyDeleteThere is another hardware glitch that can be triggered with some combination of keys and pressing 'loop set'. Can't remember what it is right now but will try to replicate when I get home!
ReplyDeleteYes, that's the second video! I'm uploading it now :)
ReplyDeleteActually...do you need to touch the batteries? If not, then I DON'T know that one and would love to see it!! Lemme know
ReplyDeleteHey... I was sitting in an airport when I read the original post and couldn't get the videos to play. Just checked em out and tried em out and this is very, very cool.
ReplyDeleteThe "glitch" I mentioned can be triggered by recording a sample, turning on Vibrato Effect and then tapping LoopSet while playing a key. It should either make a high to low sweep of the sampled sound or else make a growly low phasing version of it. Regular sampled keys can be played while the glitch is occurring as long as the original key is held down. I tried combining that with your battery trick just now to excellent effect.
Enjoy! ...and keep up the good work!
Wow, thank you! What an awesome trick! :) I wonder what else there is. :)
ReplyDeleteHow're things? We met at last years Sonic Circuits fest in DC. Superlith.
