I wonder how well this will sell? And I wonder if we'll be hearing more Speak N Spell words in songs? Well, I will but it because I can't resist sounding like Kraftwerk!! LOL Although, each person hears something different in their music and interprets it differently. I've always loved synthetic voices anyway, yet my wife and a few of my kids find the voices creepy. I think it's awesome.
ReplyDeleteI just asked the question on their facebook page and the voices are all samples, the TI voice translator, the speak & spell etc... are all samples. Then I asked them if they'd be interested in taking requests for words or phrases or even sampling the phonetics to make own words with... which is what Kraftwerk's Robovox does. No response yet from Best Service. Maybe it would be an inspiration for another product. I wish TI would just come out with a software version of it. Yeah, I know... dreaming. LOL

ReplyDeleteKraftwerk has very good lawyers. They surely will not tolerate this product at all.
