As far as I was aware they use a Yamaha DX100 and a voice box, looks like a DX if you look real closely at the keyboard, I reckon it's just the two things in an enclosure.

Indeed, P-Thugg uses the Rocktron Banshee talkbox with the Yamaha DX100. There's also an MS-20 and I believe two Nords
