Update: the video mentions aftertouch, but the Poly-800 actually doesn't have AT. No velocity sensitivity either. What you're probably hearing is a slow attack time. Thanks to ewah in the comments for catching it.

    Aftertouch? I've got one of these, it's packed away at the moment and I haven't used it for quite some time but from what I remember the keyboard isn't even velocity sensitive.
