Kurzweil K2000 Base Editing II
YouTube Uploaded by Subtronik on Oct 8, 2011
"This is a basic Kurzweil K2000 VP virtual analog tutorial.
The algorithm I chose generates sawtooth waveforms and doesn't use any samples. Throughout the tutorial I explain every page function and parameter I work with.
The K2000 is loaded with options. This tutorial simply skims the surface of it's possibilities using it's vast architecture.

the Kurzweil really seems to be an underrated synth. It started coming out when analog was really starting to gain steam.
ReplyDeleteBecause of this no one paid much attention to the blatantly digital synthesizer.
That old digital synth sounds damn good for being digital.
ReplyDeleteI don't think it's VA though, and it's certainly not FM, but it sure does sound like VA.
