Stylophone MIDI Conversion (with tilt sensor)

YouTube Uploaded by hotchk155 on Jan 24, 2012

"This is a MIDI conversion of the "reissue" stylophone. The stylophone still works and plays as normal, but it also sends MIDI... in the case is an Arduino Nano board, KXPS5 accelerometer chip, and three 74hc165 shift registers to scan the Stylophone keypad. A row of 4 tactile switches on the back is used to control it. The accelerometer sends pitch bend and mod wheel messages.
