"A little abusive sample and hold improv with the Korg MS-20.
Patch info:
It's a simple S&H patch with the mod wheel wired to change the amount of S&H output going to the total input. Both filters and sometimes the oscillators are modulated by the total input (in this case the attenuated S&H output).
