Via the listing: "Bought this one from a guy in Germany a few years back, unfortunately, it got damaged in transit to me - one of the end cheeks got dented hence the Walnut ends. At this time, I took the opportunity of sending it back to Waldorf who carried out a full service and performed the 'clock modification' - Waldorf's can be buggy and this mod was designed to stabilise various 'issues' with the Q+, which largely, it does. You won't find a more stable unit than this one, that said, you do get the occasional effects freeze, (the effects section on the Q turns itself on with a subtle delay/echo effect- you don't notice it unless you look for it and happens rarely) which is rectified by a quick re-boot but it's never been a problem, again, lots of stuff on the net about it."
