BEAT_SEQ is a custom made Max for Live patch that comes FREE with the purchase of The Beatdown drum machine by Sonic Faction. BEAT_SEQ transforms the APC40 into a tactile groovebox by allowing users to have complete hands on control of The BEATDOWN. The patch allows you to draw in beat patterns, change the groove, jam out on FX and save & recall patterns all in realtime. But it goes much deeper than that: To date, BEAT_SEQ is the most comprehensive and easy-to-use Max for Live controller mod for APC40 and Launchpad available.
