These appear to be custom Minimoog controllers for the Creamware Minimax software synth. I spotted these via the previous Midisoft.de post. These appear to be from a few years back. The top keyboard pic is the 2004 final version and the second is the 2003 version. You can find them and more at http://midisoft.de/
