Synthwerks FSR-1T Now Shipping

"Synthwerks is proud to announce the latest in our growing line of pressure sensing controllers - the Synthwerks FSR-1T Force Sensing Resistor Module with Toggle Switch/Gate is now shipping to dealers.

The FSR-1T is the child of the unholy union of the MG-1 Manual Gate Pushbutton module, and a FSR-1N Force Sensing Resistor module. It will provide the fastest manual gate you will ever probably find and on top of that you also get a pressure CV out. This would be the perfect module to accompany any drum modules (Tiptop Audio Drum modules for instance - pressure pressure CV to the accent inputs). The Gate out from the FSR section also has a threshold control that can be used to set the pressure out CV level where the gate will turn on. This allows events to be triggered in the middle of filter sweeps or other pressure controlled events for example.

Along with the FSR section is an electronic bi-directional switch. This switch is controlled by the gate out of the FSR section and can be connected (via an internal jumper) to respond to the gate before or after the threshold control. A front panel toggle switch select whether the electronic switch works in a Momentary (only on when the sensor is pressed) or a Toggle action (switching from A to B at each press). The switch is normalized to the +V so it can provide a second gate signal that follows the toggle/momentary action.

The module is very skiff friendly in that it is less than a inch deep.

Shipments are being assembled for Foxtone, Analogue Haven, MeMe Antenna, Equinox OZ, Rhythm Active and more. If you do finger drumming, or just want a big button to turn things on with - the Synthwerks FSR-1T is the module for you."
