via this auction "The filterbank is a dual hp/bp/lp filter than can be used in series or parallel. It has incredible sync options for syncing the harmonics of the filters. It has incredibly warm tube type distortion at the input stage and a really great LFO for even further effect variables. It also has 2 sets of envelopes for further shaping the waves. The sherman filterbank V1 has a nice depth that the V2 didn't seem to have, in my opinion. I have owned both and they are fairly different machines with different nature and characteristics aside from features. This is an early run V1 in great condition. Sounds excellent and really provides an extreme variety of possibilities..."
