Barres are 1 to 4 from left to right. For Orange and Green jacks 1 is nearest bottom and 2 is nearest top. Pots are 1 to 4 left to right.

Barre4 RED to Barre2 Blue
Barre4 Orange2 to Barre1 Blue
Pot1 - 10 clock
Pot2 - 5 clock
