"The undulating noise machine comes with 2 modules. A player which loops samples of white, pink and brown noise (the sound at the same speed as the resting human heart rate (60 bpm) ). The second module allows you to create an ambience by adding effects and rhythmic motions by simply drawing a motion on the dedicated pad. Unfortunately, there is no record feature, despite this I will rate it as a Killer App, because of its great UI and for the fun that you have in creating an ambience."

"The undulating noise machine provides you with perfect looping samples of white, pink and brown noise used by people looking to sleep and dream; but then it goes two steps beyond.

In the first step beyond it can play back motions in the sound at the same speed as the resting human heart rate (60 bpm) in order to lull you into rest with shaped white noise.

The second step beyond is to give you a shaping machine which allows you to produce those rhythmic motions yourself. There is a drum/metronome option that plays at 60 bpm to help you get the motions at the right pace.

There are online help videos provided that also go into some of the aspects of self hypnosis ready to draw you into a calm state for dreaming."
