via the listing: "This unit is in As New condition, I've only had time to get it out a few times and the rest of time it has been stored away from dust. Fully functional and cosmetically as new. The photo is of the actual unit. I bought this directly from Ken MacBeth as one of the first preorders. It is still under warranty from Ken until the end of January 2014, which he confirmed is transferrable. Comes with AC power adapter."
