"This is essentially TWO Oberheim Xpanders in one box under the control of a velocity sensitive dynamic keyboard. This 12 voice machine affords layering and splitting for even more power and analog fat than it's powerful six-voice baby brother the Xpander. Each voice has two analog oscillators (VCO's), a powerful analog multi-mode and multi-pole 1 through 4-pole filter, fifteen VCAs, five envelope generators, five multi-wave LFOs (each of which offers 64 control waveforms) not to mention tracking generators, ramp generators, lag processors and more! It is the serious programmer's dream. The only other truly analog synthesizer as powerful as this unit would be a massive modular synthesizer costing tens of thousands and would fill up an entire room."
