"Service History: Restored and serviced on 12/13/2012 by The Analog Lab, NYC http://www.theanaloglab.com/. The restoration process includes at least (See enclosed pictures for details):

- Molex connectors replaced

- Trimmer replaced

- CMOS replaced

- Tantalum caps replaced

- PS re-capped

- Pots / Switches cleaned

- Full calibration

- All key contacts cleaned and regulated
