Serge Synthesizer Tutorial: The Slew
Published on Jan 6, 2014 tibetronica·109 videos
"The Serge Modular Synthesizer is an important contribution to the history of music. This tutorial deals with the way one "positive slew" can subdivide the trigger sequence incoming from another "slew", yielding a subharmonic series. In the tutorial, an attempt is made to emulate a vowel sound. Vowel sounds happen because of formants. For more information, please consult the manual. Skrillex likes these kinds of sounds."
