"The white cardboard covering on the top is what came on it when it was originally sold by Tama. Mostly these cards get taken off the units over time (from what I saw online when I was looking at them) but I just left this one on it because it's part of the original packaging.

Control Knobs: Level, Emphasis, Tone/Noise, Tune, Bend, Noise Decay, Attack, Sensitivity"
