Mutable Instruments Frames - Initial Test

Published on Apr 11, 2014 bigcitymusic·322 videos

"The Mutable Instruments Braids oscillator is routed into the 4MS VCA Matrix where it is split into 3 instances. The first instance of Braids is going into the first channel of the Mutable Instruments Frames. The second instance is routed through the saturated filter mode of a Cwejman QMMF-4 channel and fed into the second channel of Frames. Cutoff modulation is provided by the Cwejman CTG-VC which is clocked from the Cwejman RG-6. The third instance of Braids is routed through a Resonator channel of the QMMF-4 which is being FM'ed by the Cwejman D-LFO and run through the third channel of Frames. The master multimode filter output of the QMMF-4 is being sent to the fourth channel of Frames. Various mixing states of the 4 Braids configurations are saved across the 64 available Frame positions. The Cwejman D-LFO is used to modulate the currently active frame while Frames interpolates between positions."
