The Oberheim Oberview with Noise Nachos
Flickr by Scott Rogers
"Oberheim once sent me this when I ordered a manual from them. It's called Oberview and has some cool info and a neat patch."
I might have some of these lying around somewhere. I got them when I picked up my first synth, a Matrix-6, back in the day, hence matrix.
Pictured in order:

"Using Noise Modulation on the Matrix-6/6R" on page 2. Noise Nachos patch for the Matrix-6/6R in the bottom right.
"Matrix-6 Pedal Programming" on pages 3 & 4.
