"This is an amazing drum machine!!! And yet, like a lot of vintage gear it seems, it has its good days and bad days... Well , to be perfectly frank, mostly bad days lately! : / It always powers up and always makes drum sounds, which is good, but it sometimes won't save your drum patterns for very long after you power off, and is VERY glitchy! Tempo knob works fine, but it is hard to understand what your tempo reading is! LED matrix is screwy! Most all of the LED's light up, but some are less persistent while others just don't want to do anything it seems! However, ALL the Individual outputs, tuning, mixer section, triggers inputs and outs, jacks, and all the drum sounds are all good to go! This Linndrum is in beautiful physical condition!!! Very few, scuff marks or scratches, no major blemishes. All sliders work great too!
Honestly, this is the best sounding drum machine I have ever owned! I've owned about 25 or so drum machines through the years, mostly vintage kits! It is just a pity, it can't save the patterns. :(
2-23 -2015 I did play it last night for nearly 2 hours and it was working a bit better. It actually saved my patterns for an entire night, as they were still there when I powered it on this afternoon. You can also save them to your computer. (created drum patterns and songs) Last night, I also triggered it out into an Arpeggiator on a Korg Poly 61 and it worked great! I discovered too that tuning down the low Congo gives you an insanely fat bass drum! THIS LINNDRUM WILL NEED REPAIR! It is strictly being sold as/is for parts or repair. No Refunds!"
