"For sale is my korg monopoly with midipoly upgrade. This adds MIDI + some new features such as sample & hold and triggering of any individual or combination of oscillators via MIDI velocity. It has some cosmetic damage to its keys from an incident with a cigarette, but the keys are easy to replace and the incident didn't damage the synth itself in any way. Should be a $40 fix to have it up to snuff cosmetically.
When the MIDIpoly kit was installed, i think the tech soldered the mod wheel MIDI cables to the wrong posts for the pitchbend and mod wheel, because turning MG2 effects MG1 and vice versa, with eachothers callibration, not giving the proper effect to the wheels. I want to let this issue be known to buyers prior to bidding!! Could be a pretty easy fix, just resoldering 2 cables.Apart from that it sounds and looks great."
