Roland Juno 6 with Arp Odyssey and CR 5000 Drum Computer Electronica

"Some basic noodling around with the Roland CR-5000 Compu-Rhythm, Juno -6 and the KARp Odyssey. I seem to always use some variation of that ODDY trumpet like detuned saw wave. The expression pedal really helps with the filter. The CR-5000 is so minimalist that you have to get creative with that single output and the separate volumes/fill-in's. It syncs nicely to the Juno-6 and reminds me of how simple songs use to be. They took more creative thought back in the day rather than light up a few colored tabs on Ableton and play along a soft synth while Fruity Loops taps away. The riff is actually from 1981's The Suburbs Music For Boys. Anyways, lots of little bits and pieces....A few mistakes but who cares!"
