An imaginary character, here presented as a top hat, rides a bicycle, crossing landscapes taken from English prints of the eighteenth century, persevered in the British Library. In the background we see St John’s College, St Saviours Church and Cambridge, animated and resonating with light and shadows, offering up a playful tale between abstraction and reality.
Un cappello a cilindro, che sottintende la presenza di un personaggio immaginario alla guida di una bicicletta, attraversa paesaggi tratti da stampe inglesi del XVIII secolo della British Library. Sullo sfondo sfilano tra gli altri il St. John’s college, la St. Saviours Church e Cambridge animati da variazioni prospettiche e cambiamenti atmosferici in un alternarsi di luci e ombre: astrazione e realtà .
