The OB-6 sound engine is rooted in the classic, bold character of Tom Oberheim's original SEM, with added modern enhancements like studio-quality effects, a polyphonic step sequencer, an arpeggiator, and more. A poly chain feature allows the pairing of any two OB-6s for 12-voice polyphony.
The OB-6 Keyboard features a four-octave, semi-weighted keyboard with velocity and channel aftertouch, while the OB-6 Desktop offers the same circuit and controls in a compact module.
