"Original Factory Programs have been reinstalled, so you are getting the original Oberheim patches that came with the instrument... OBXa was recently overhauled in November 2016 by one of the top classic synth restoration guys in the US located in Tampa, FL. Paper work on the overhaul will ship with the instrument. It didn't need much because it's been maintained in my studio constantly.Originally, I bought my OBX-a in September 1982 to play the Miss America Pageant '82 TV Show in Atlantic City.
Immediately after that I moved the synth to the Bally Casino in AC to play the "Legends in Concert" show.
I was on that show for a several months. Since the fall of 1983 my OBXa has lived happily in my studio except for normal maintenance and tune up.
I am not a smoker.
I don't let anyone smoke in my studio.
This machine has been in a climate controlled smoke free environment all it's life."
