Moog Model 15 Modular Synthesizer

Published on Feb 27, 2017 Perfect Circuit Audio

"A bass patch on the monolithic Moog Model 15. This 5U modular system is built by hand to the specs of the original 1973 system. The patch uses the sawtooth waves from the 921b oscillators mixed with white noise that is run through the fixed filter bank. This mix is then run through the legendary 904a low pass ladder filter which is modulated by an envelope and 921 oscillator used as an LFO. The filter goes into a VCA which is controlled by another envelope generator. A Korg SQ-1 is used to sequence the bass line and a Volca Beats provides the drums."
