I don't think I've ever heard of the Hollywood Gold edition before. This appears to be the first post out of over 154,000 to feature one.

"This amazing Emu sampler is essentially an E4XT with expanded RAM and a built in Hard Drive. It looks and works great. This a rare Hollywood GOLD edition. Classic EMU sound at a great price!"

Yep, we built so few of them, that when we did build one, we'd have to go look up the specs.
ReplyDeleteIf you've ever worked on a production line, you know that you very quickly learn the builds intimately, so having to go look one up is rare indeed.
Do you remember the hardware differences? I mean, obviously there have to be more to this model than the "Hollywood Gold" branding. It even has a different model number (6808) compared to the E4X Turbo (6303)... I have read someone saying that it was "built to better specs". But can't find any info.
