Korg DSS-1 synthesizer/sampler review and programming guide
Published on Jun 28, 2017 Yateveo
"Here's a pretty long review and exploration of the Korg DSS-1, the digital/analog sampler/synth mega-hybrid from 1986. This thing is a beast, both in sound and physical presence. It's over 40 pounds and so big I had trouble fitting the whole thing in one shot!
In this video, I explore some of the features of the DSS-1 and discuss its place in the history of synthesizers/samplers as well as potential uses in a modern studio. If you just want to hear some sounds, skip to 33:16."
