Lazy Mellow Live

Published on Jun 23, 2017 Henry Birdseye Jr.

"Here's a video of me playing 'Lazy Mellow.'

Four voices, two from the BeatStep Pro, one from a SEQ-02 and the Qunexus keyboard. The voices themselves come from a Braids, a Morphing Terrarium, a Z300 and Analogue Solutions thru a Polivoks VCF while the fourth voice was an Orgone Accumulator going into an E440 filter into a Dervish DSP. The Koma Kommander modulates filter cutoff and waveform variation thru hand movements on the voice played live. A Turing machine provides random VCF cutoff on the lead bass voice. A Wobblebug varies the phasing on the keyboard, everything has a slow modulation to timbre."
