This ambient track is about chance, the 2hp TM is strumming the MI rings module on a random basis, and I wanted the modular system to decide the tempo and mood of the track. So what I am doing here is simply following the cues from the Turing Machine when its triggering, my brain is literally being controlled by the random strokes and strums you are hearing.

Machine controlling man, it is so beautiful.

Modular: MI rings, sound source, LFO on brightness and damping. Penrose is quantizing MI rings notes coming in from the peaks, which is in LFO mode, and with a messy curve so sort of unpredictable. One rings channel goes into audio I/O the other through the morphagene for some glitchy time lag randomness.

I am as You can see controlling Penrose quantizer manually at times doing simple root note key changes... but other than that the melodies and tempo are completely random.

maths is the acting clock for this piece

Reface CP gets some processing from the catalinbread csidman and Strymon big-sky (not in picture). Transmisser, space spiral, and caverns for the modular.

Enjoy! BoooM!"
