"I have a hand full of Circuit Bent Warp Speak Voice Changer Megaphones for sale. They feature the standard frequency shifting bend as well as control over the shifting by either an optical light sensor (which can be turned on and off) or a control voltage input with its own attenuator. I realize that in this video the CV input does not show a great example of the effect as this is because the SQ-1 an only generate 5V CV signals, the effect is much more noticeable with 10V CV signals such as what might come from your modular synth. Also there is a pair of feedback contacts and a 1/4" output.
