Elastic Drums Midi Sync improvements for Update 2.1.6

"Elastic Drums will get a rework on the Midi Sync engine, now allowing to deal with latencies better.
For better hearing sync issues between the 2 devices, Elastic Drums is panned hard to left and the Korg drum machine to the right."
