Eowave News for Superbooth 2018

via Eowave

"Superbooth 18 starts in less than one week and we can't wait to show you our new prototypes and synths!

We will be at booth number O236, come by to say hi :)

More over we will introduce our new products on Friday the 4th, 3:20pm at the Cinema (o120).

"This year will be about the Quadrantid Swarm release - we are actually waiting for the final product to come back from production.

Saddly we won't have the final version with us during the Superbooth.

It will feature the addition of a new cv input for the control of the Spread parameter of the oscillator, and a switch between decay and release for the envelope.

Oscillator modes have changed too!

We will start shipping the QS during the month of June."

"The real new player in the game is SWING, a pretty simple but life changing module that is going to give life to your sequencer!

Swing is a voltage controlled clock delay with 3 modes. Your sequencers are going to love it."

"Then, the comeback of a old friend, the GERMANIA 241, a germanium transistor based VCA that can produce an amazing saturation you won't find anywhere else.

Super crazy on drums!

Some idm heroes seem to enjoy hit, mainly to put it on... everything ;)"

"To finish, we will bring two 'mkII' prototypes of previous modules:

Capsule Titan & Orage.

The new capsule titan, our standalone / rackable semi_modular synth based on our modules catalogue:

- 2 x "Titan" oscillators with square and saw waves
- a 6 inputs "Sommateur"
- a transistor based filter "Magnétosphère"
- an "Amplification Discrete" VCA and a "Rayonnement" enveloppe
- a Dual LFO with 16 waveforme each "Zone BF"
it will feature a lot of new fonctions
- Sub for Square 1 & 2;
- possibility to drive the VCA
- a second enveloppe "Rayonnement"
- a simple second VCA
- a noise source
- an attenuator
- a new 3.5 jack midi interface on the front panel"

Proto Orage mkII

"The second mkII version is the Orage Oscillator, our classic vco design.

Nothing really new for the moment, as we had to redesign the pcb, we decided to add a Sub output because... sub!

But, we also add some jumpers to the back of the pcb for a futur expander.

This mkII version is still on the work bench and subject to modification."
