It appears the MIDI does not track properly:

It is uniquely angular and produces a powerful analog ARP sound. It’s simple and straightforward and provides quick analog bass lines. It’s a perfect first analog for any new synth musician or will thrill any seasoned synth player! It has no form of memory storage and the external control comes via CV/Gate only. This version can be verified from the later version, AXXE I, by the wood sides and gold lettering. 
The unique feature of this unit is it’s the one stated on the SYNHOUSE website www.synhouse.com (based on the serial number) where they installed the SYNHOUSE MIDI Jack Mod and the instruction document on the site is based on this unit, ARP AXXE serial number 2313 0691 (see picture to verify). 
This ARP is in great shape for its age, I’ve gone through this unit, cleaned the keys (whitened & brightened) and sliders, I found that the key “contact” were clean. I replaced a couple keyboard bushings, cleaned the interior, and replaced slider caps (additional caps included). I’ve tested it to make sure it works. NOTE - I found that the MIDI does not track the MIDI notes right, other than this, it receives notes, but it won’t play the right pitch."
