Voltage Modular (Beta) sequencing and triggering my Eurorack

Published on Aug 3, 2018 Molten Music Technology

"Voltage Modular (Beta) just got two new modules - CV-to-MIDI and MIDI-Out - using these two together means you can route anything generating CV in Voltage Modular out to anything other MIDI devices in your studio. I used the Squarp Hermod to convert this MIDI back into CV in order to trigger, sequence and modulate my Eurorack hardware. I've been looking for a decent software drum machine to run from my Surface into my rack and this absolutely nails it. This is only the first time I've used these modules so I've edited out all the bits of me scratching my head :)"

"Having a play with Voltage Modular from Cherry Audio version 0.5 beta. Throwing together a simple patch with a couple of oscillators and a drum machine. I wasn't aiming for an inspired performance, more of a workflow demo :)"
