Looks like this one sold back in 2011 from Perfect Circuit.

Everything works and it is a wonderful sounding machine, but it is not new and therefore I would like to point out:
- various signs of usage
- cap of the joystick is missing, but joystick works
- one fader has been broken, but I am including a brand new replacement"
