"Here is an original Emu Emulator II + (plus) with dual floppy disks (all working). As seen in Ferris Beuller's day off. Probably most famously used by Depeche Mode, Pet Shop Boys, and so many others! Amazing digital sound mixed with analog filters. Wow!Introduced in 1985 at a "low" price of $9995 ($23,832.97 for inflation!). It bridged the gap between the $60,000 Fairlight and Synclavier and the $1695 Mirage.
The Plus model
Everything is original and functions great across the board. Has been stored in dry, moderate temperature, smoke-free studio for many many years.
Comes with original owners manual and 20 or so disks (photo incoming), which includes original Emu disks, Northstar, copies, bootlegs, and custom made disks.
Loaded with v.3.0 software.
Cosmetically everything is in good shape with some minor scratches, but nothing major on the body. Keyboard has a broken but fixed key, and slightly cock-eyed lowest key, which has been that way in the 10+. Despite that all keys play and trigger great."
