Fully restored. Original 40mb Quantum HD working perfectly.

One owner from new. Light studio work only. Serviced twice, once in 1994, and just recently serviced.

PSU Calibrated, entire keyboard refurbished, working perfectly, without a single issue.

Boots quickly first time, every time, from HD.

Every slider, key, button and function working as new. Floppy drive working perfectly. LCD Screen backlight working, and contrast perfect. Small dent on plastic LCD screen covering, see photos.

Most up-to-date Firmware os 2.0.

Most up-to-date Software OS 2.4 installed and also provided on a floppy disk.

8Mb ram installed when purchased new from E-Mu in 1988 at a total cost of £13,500.

Sampling inputs perfect. Recording is excellent quality and sound quality is magical when played on this sampler. CEM filters add a beautiful touch to the high quality sound.

This synth comes with a custom built Hard Case made from hardwood and dense shaped foam. Also included are two floppy disks, one for the OS 2.42 Operating System, the other the UST Sound Bank.

User Manual also included. Almost 300 pages of very well written, simple instructions on use.

UST Sound Bank is loaded and stored and ready to go on the EIII currently.

This synth is in fully original condition, it is as when it left the factory 31 years ago. A whole host of upgrades are available to choose from should the new owner decide to opt for them, including OLED screens, SCSI2SD storage, USB Floppy emulators, etc etc.

Technology is moving quickly with these and new options are becoming available all the time. I do believe however, as it is now, in fully factory original condition, it is perfect. 8Mb is perfectly adequate to sample with when used correctly. Also, just use an external SCSI drive for extra storage if required."
