"This is an overlay that you place over the front panel faceplate of your DSI Evolver Desktop synthesizer. Designed for use in live performance, the artwork uses high contrast graphics and large fonts for easy viewing in low light. Parameter labels are color-coded based on their synthesis function (Blue for Oscillators, Red for Filters, etc.) to allow performers to make quick adjustments or even perform radical sound design in realtime.

The overlay is printed on a highly durable and waterproof polymer material (not vinyl, fiber, or plant-based). The matte finish is designed to minimize reflections from ambient light for maximum readability. If the overlay becomes dirty, we recommend gently wiping it down with a soft cloth moistened with water. We do not recommend cleaning the overlay with isopropyl alcohol as this may damage the artwork. Based on our testing, the following substances will severely damage the artwork if left on the surface for an extended period of time: tea tree oil, acetone, nail polish remover, bleach, household cleaners, and hand sanitizer.

To install the overlay, simply remove the eight knobs from the front panel of your DSI Evolver Desktop synthesizer. Then, you can remove the backing from the four adhesive tabs on the underside of the overlay, or simply place the overlay over the front panel of your synthesizer and press it down around buttons and pot shafts. Once the overlay is in place, re-attach all the knobs. The removable adhesive provided is low-tack to allow for repositioning or easy removal of the overlay without harming the original artwork on your synthesizer.
