NAAM 2020: Noise Engineering New DSP Platforms - Virt Iter & Desmodus Versio
Published on Jan 18, 2020 Perfect Circuit
"Noise Engineering came to NAMM 2020 with some exciting new developments—including a completely new platform for stereo oscillator and effect development, which will allow owners to swap out firmwares at will using a simple USB connection. Markus from Noise Engineering walks us through the concept behind this open-ended design.
The first products built on these platforms are the Virt Iter and Desmodus Versio. Desmodus Versio is their much-anticipated reverb module, capable of everything from basic delays to shimmering, billowing reverbs. A portion of the proceeds from Desmodus Versio will be donated to bat conservation.
