"This is the 4mb version which gives you 47 seconds sampling time (23.5 stereo). EIII is in fully functional condition but cosmetically has seen some better days and priced accordingly. That being said it's still pretty clean in my opinion.All 16 voices work well and all the analog output jacks have recently been replaced as these tend to break down over time. A few other notable upgrades.
scsi2sd internal scsi hard drive with a 4gb sd card. This means it's super quiet and extremely fast load and save times.
bright blue OLED display
fan upgrades make this one of the quietest EIII's around
key contacts and all switches have been cleaned and function great
SCSI works great and I've been using alchemy on os9 to do graphical sample editing. There's a chip in the case on the lower right as can be seen in the photos, but that's purely cosmetic.
I'm including an ebtech hum elimator. These are known to have noisy power supplies and I found that this pretty much eliminates the noise."
