Arturia PolyBrute Analog Synth "Random Patch Genaration" Walkthrough.

Sound Provider

"Here is a feat I love on synthesizer , when you're lacking inspiration or looking for a fresh idea, it's always cool to have a random patch generation function on a synth.
So the Arturia PolyBrute can do this , and after someone ask me about that on a forum ( Gearslutz I think ) I did this video to show what you can expect with it.
What you see on the video:Me generating Random patches and playing with and turning the morph button to explore the preset. I've edited a little to remove the least interesting parts.
Few thoughts about the function, most of the time we generate pads, some lead and bass and very little percussive sound, it is often necessary to retune some osc for the morphing to be tuned, but sometimes the intermediate positions of the morphing create magical moments.

Random Patch Generation on the Manual:
"6.3. Random patch generation
PolyBrute can generate a random patch for you by choosing sounds A and B from different patches, changing the morph knob value, moving the result to sound A, and then repeating most of that process a random number of times. The generated patch can then be tweaked, saved as a Snapshot, or saved as a new preset.
This feature is found at Settings/Preset Info/Generate. Press [Assign 3] to generate the random patch."

Voila
