"Near mint example of Yamaha’s first compact analogue synth. Rarely seen in condition like this, and almost never complete with stand and other accessories.

Serviced and ready to ship.

You’ll find info about these in all the usual places online. Slightly less features than a CS-80 :) but what you need to know from us is that, while they are limited, we think these sound pretty wonderful. The aftertouch controls and other ways of sculpting the presets (including the GX-1 filter) make them an expressive instrument.

As for finding an example like in this kind of condition (many were gigged and show a lot of signs of use) – there can’t be many like this. Add in the massively over-engineered stand, music stand and a carry case for the accessories and it’s the complete package.

Fun Fact: as well as being linked to Royksopp, one of these features in the film Shaun of the Dead as a key part of the track “Blue Wrath” by Sheffield electronic legends I Monster (shout out to the Sheffield Massive!). Youtube video above…

CONDITION: One scuff to a corner is the only real sign of age. See the photos for more information.

Switchable voltage for use anywhere in the world - it will be set up ready for you to use before we ship."
