Walfdorf M vs IRIDIUM // The Definitive Comparison

video upload by Starsky Carr

"Looking at the sonic characteristics rather than every function here. But some worthy of note that I've not included here are the envelopes, LFOs and modulation.

The M is more flexible than the 3 LFOs and 4 envelopes may have you believe. Everything is so flexible you essentially have 5 LFOs and 5 envelopes ... so watch this in conjunction with my M walkthrough to get a full rundown of all the functions. Iridium is more flexible with 6 LFOs plus complex modulator and I think 6 envelopes... but its closer than you might think.. it's so hard to demo all that on a video without bringing on a severe dose of OCD... so I stuck to the sound quality instead (which you can't read about, and I've not demo'd previously).

If you're having difficulty with the decision then hopefully this'll be a little help."
