  2. Yeah, my first guess was an ESQ-1, and it still could be... However, there is an ESQ-1 on Reverb right now that has the left screw above the lowest 'C' on the keyboard. This left screw is above/left on the pitch/modwheel assembly. Maybe the case had a revision at one point?
