Mixer or audio daisy chain? (Synth improv on Roland Aira S-1, T-8, JX-08 etc.)

"Earlier today I wondered if there is any perceivable difference between using a tiny mixer or an audio daisy chain in a tiny synth setup. So here's a real world test using the #Roland JX-08, Roland #Aira T-8 and S-1, plus Yamaha #Reface DX with Strymon NightSky. Somewhere in the middle, the audio hard switches from A to B. Notice any differences?
