"The sync button of OSC 1 is very, very, stiff to press. It works perfectly with the Prophet 6 editor when connected via the supplied USB. It hasn't been a problem for me in years. The manual says to repeatedly and firmly press when a button acts up, but I honestly haven't needed it all that much. Everything else works perfectly. Sounds amazing!"
Note that comment regarding repeatedly pressing a button is general practice for all equipment. If not used, dust can sometimes collect over years if not months reducing contact when pressed. Repeatedly pressing a button loosens dust and reestablishes contact. Same with many endless encoders. Waldorf recommended spinning them 40 times or so to get them working propperly again. Same for random keys not triggering on older synths.
