Singularity talking with wobbler off
"Hey there! I hope you're doing well. I wanted to tell you about the new Singularity Eurorack module. It's truly something else! With its active and passive function, as well as open clock dividers, it offers a unique experience compared to other tropical noise modules. It can even work accidentally as a passive drum machine for experimental purposes. It reminds me a lot of NOON, the beautiful big drum Synthesizer from Landscape. Singularity also has a function that allows you to use a passive and active in-between soda sounds of an oscillator, resulting in a striking difference in sound when using 5 volts compared to 12 volts. You can check out this amazing module on www.errorinstruments.com. Stay tuned for more demonstrations coming soon! Plus, it comes with a bag of capacitors that you can switch, and three patch cables. It's a beautiful and compact 16 HP module. Enjoy exploring its possibilities! 😊"
The Singularity
in Eurorack is a truly unique model with several standout features. Firstly,
it can function both as an active and passive module,
allowing for different power supply roll-off options. Additionally,
it offers the flexibility to change or double the capacitors,
giving you even more control over your sound.
You can even add an LED with pre-programmed
pulse for added not only visual flair.
Another standout feature is the divider part with clock dividers,
reminiscent of an analog computer.
This can be used as an input for three CV or gate signals,
whether you're using it in a passive or active mode.
Furthermore, the built-in LPG (Low Pass Gate)
allows you to create dynamic drum sounds.
And with the potential meter for power,
you can adjust the voltage to achieve the desired level of activity or passivity.
The Singularity also incorporates a mix of logic and CMOS variable capacitors,
making it a versatile and powerful tool for sound manipulation.
It draws inspiration from the tropical noise and offers a
range of creative possibilities. Lastly, i
t comes with three patch cables for internal patching and 20 caps
different compartments, providing ample room for experimentation.
To truly appreciate its capabilities,
I recommend checking out the demonstration videos. Enjoy
exploring the possibilities of the Singularity in Eurorack!
